• Using CRMOne, you could run searches by a person’s first name, last name, email address, street address, city, etc. and get an overview of all the tools in which they are listed.
  
  For instance, you can type in Sydney in the Search field and find out how many people from Sydney have:

Signed up as a subscriber for any of your newsletters.
Signed up for any of your autoresponders.
Referred visitors to your website(s).
Bought any of your products.
Signed up for your affiliate program(s).

• Send out thank you notes, gift certificates and coupons to reward loyal customers.
  
• Edit the demographic information on all your customers.
  
• Collect the birth date of all your customers, prospects, affiliates etc, enter it into their record and then send them Birthday cards right from CRMOne.
  
• CRMOne allows you to run a search for customers who have not yet joined your affiliate program. You can then send an email directly to them thanking them for their purchase and recommending that they signup for your affiliate program.
• Planning a seminar or other event in a local region? Run a search for all your clients within a state, city or country and then send a personal email inviting them to attend your event.
