"Responding to just one ticket survey didn't seem right - the WHOLE support team at Goldbar is phenomenal.
When putting together some campaigns, I had lots of questions. I just don't follow instructions well. (Ask Miss mask, my 2nd grade teacher).
The staff was patient (way more than I would have been with me) and explained processes with step-by-step, crystal-clear instructions (go here, click there, type this).
And fast replies? Yikes! At times I literally turned around to make sure they weren't standing over my shoulder! Any time- day or night they would answer way sooner that any support desk I've ever experienced... Even on SUNDAYS!!!
And get this... If I asked for something the system couldn't do, did they just "No, sorry. Can't be done.'? Nope.
They said, give us a day. Then they would program the system to do what I requested. Talk about actually LISTENING to your customers!
In all fairness, there are other systems like this out there, but NONE and I've look for this solution for a LONNNG time, NONE matches all the tools in Goldbar and the support is better than ANY tech company I've ever dealt with, bar NONE.
Those who know me know I say it like it is. I don't sugar coat it.
But with Goldbar's newest module, FulfillOne... well let me tell you - I've had hard info-products before, but the hassle of getting them duped, assembling the packages, then spending half my afternoon getting them ready to ship... Well I just gave up. Good money, but too darn much work.
So I tried digitizing them and selling them as downloads. Well anyone who's done that knows you just can't get anywhere NEAR the money for electrons and a Big Box that goes THUMP! when it hits their porch.
With FulfillOne I'm actually creating a new product know that I know I can get top dollar and never lift a finger.
Now if you guys could just figure out how to get this system to make coffee....."
